My issue with how this particular company handled my hiring process is a frustrating story to tell. CHS inc. Was the first company I applied for after the military, was referred there by an veterans assistance employee at my state job center. I took the test which four people showed up for after that I received little word about the position. I called numerous times to be told that they were waiting on the rest of the applicants to test. Four months go by and I receive a call asking if I was still interested in the position and interviewing, I agreed and interviewed. After interviewing, I waited a week more to be told that the position was cancelled. Funny twist to the story that I called their Montana office HR personnel Val Bruce and asked a question about the upcoming interview and she told me that all the positions were already filled and I said wait I have an interview in a couple days and then she kind of changed her story.
