4 step including sales pres, personality fit, c-level calls, 1on1 face-to-face with direct report to, etc. Be ready to talk with diverse members of the team, a panel interview. Ask good questions but be confident. If you've not ready challenger sales or challenger customer - don't bother, it's a no brainer to understand how to provoke the status quo in solutions sales and leverage the best commercial insight you can.
