I’ve noticed that a member of my team is coming in later for the pass few weeks on a specific dates. How would I address (approach) this situation?

I would invite him for a coffee before or after work first. I would then throughout the conversation, try to understand the reason behind his lateness and would offer help in regards to his start times or days off. So he has the support and help in order to be on time for work. Less
