The most difficult question asked was had I ever made a non productive stop, for every LP this is a difficult thing to talk about.

Or, if you don't suck at your job, your answer would be "No".

I would invite him for a coffee before or after work first. I would then throughout the conversation, try to understand the reason behind his lateness and would offer help in regards to his start times or days off. So he has the support and help in order to be on time for work. Less
