Thirty minute phone call with a member of the Acquisition Team, called a client connect or a pre-interview. No work history was asked to be supplied. Asked only 4 questions.
Phone interview, follow up by a face to face interview. Was done quickly and arrived at a decision quickly as well. I feel they were trying to hire people as quickly as possible

Interview
Straight forward online application. First interview was a 20 minute phone interview with Talent Acquisition. Outline of role and requirements 3-4 questions about leadership. Second interview was 30 minute panel interview over Zoom.
