A fairly messy process. I had applied for the position and received an auto-rejection. Two weeks later, a recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn for the same role. Recruiter screen and initial interview went well. However, for the main interview with the hiring manager, I had less than 20 minutes with them because they were over-booked. There were several open roles with the same title and it wasn't clear which role I was being considered for until after the interview. Sent a thank you note and two follow-up emails over the course of three weeks, then was sent another boiler plate rejection email. Disappointed that I didn't have a chance for a proper interview for a clear position, considering I've been in creative operations management for a decade.
