described some episodes from my lengthy career, it was a 3 on one interview with one of the three exhibiting the smug "I have superior skills" demeanor which I have encountered many times of the years and which immediately turns me off to an organization which is reflected in my answers from then on. They also lacked professionalism in subsequent communications.
