I would prioritise. I would quickly ask the person in the ladder to go down, and offer them help as soon as the problem with the safety rail is solved. The priority would be the safety rail, so I would stop the machine, fix the safety rail, run again the machine. And after all that help the other operator with the ladder. Less

I have lived in TX all my life & have NEVER been away from my kids over 24 hrs. But, I told them that it wouldn't be a problem. I was gone for 3 weeks, came back for 1 week & gone for another 4 weeks. It was the best experience in my life (as far as work is concerned). I learned a lot about the manufacturing industry. Less
