Give the client space and keep everyone else away from the client. Try talking with him/her to find out what is going on and do your best to deescalate the situation and calm the person down. Let them know that you hear what they have to say, but also calmly share the rules of the program their in. If de-escalation doesn't work then you may have to use the training your were taught when hired on how to restrain or seclude the client.
