The receptionist calls the HR lady that had scheduled my time for personal interview. This lady in a condescending tone tells me to go in and wait another 10-15 mins as it is normal expected for candidates to wait. This is when I decided to walk out and not waste my time any more and walked out. Less

You can answer superficially, and you could, thinking in hindsight, makeup answers as they never dig deeper to discover your thinking process. They take your answers at face value. They even say in the initial interview, they are looking for someone they like to work with, not necessarily the best person for the job. Which made it all awkward. Less
