Very outdated question, but Sunwing’s HR didn’t get the memo. I had trouble coming up with weaknesses because I didn’t want to shoot myself in the foot. I picked something safer like “organization of work/ personal life schedules” but added how I’ve already overcome those in my previous jobs Less
