I'm still waiting for HR to call me I did the pre employment physical and background check. My physical was on Feb 14. When did they call you? Less

So I actually kinda bothered them via email. As soon as I got the recruiter's email I had to keep up with them twice. They're more than happy to tell you what is going on. I'm sure if it was anything negative they would have contacted you already. Also it sounds like we got hired furing the same time if you're based in Chicago! Less

I did not find any of the questions really difficult. A question that was asked is: Describe a conflict with a co-worker and how did you resolve it?

One question was how would you deal with an angry client

1 Answers

I think the correct answer was seperate the person from the problem and try to help them. Although that could have been the answer for another question. Anyways try to think about the option which tries to resolve the conflict and deliver good customer service. The questions and answers on this test were easier than the ones I have done for other levels of public service jobs. Less
