"Where are you looking to go in your career?"
2 Answers↳
Suggested answer: I 've got tired of jumping from place to place and would like to settle in one good company, as I feel yours is, for long-term employment if I am given a chance and everything works fine for both of us. Less

My answer to this, coupled with my 'all over the place' job history on my resume is what I think sealed the deal. I don't know what to suggest, except just be aware it can kill your chances. Less

A girl who is known to make false allegations about staff tells you that she was touched last night by a staff member and that she cant take it anymore living at the facility, what would you do.
2 Answers↳
That's a PREA complaint and no matter how many false allegations she's made they all have to be taken seriously so you separate her and the staff member and call your supervisor to make the complaint. Afterwards you ask her specifically if she's suicidal and if yes you have to place her on watch in a pretty much empty room. You contact your supervisor to make her aware of what's going on and that she needs to see a license psychologist or psychiatrist immediately. Less

Investigate the situation. Have her questioned by a licensed professional.

How would you deal with working with different cultures

I am curently working in an asian takeaway ..so yeaa very good

I have worked with individuals and families my whole career so understanding and respecting cultural differences and values is second nature. Looking someone on they or not is culturally sensitive, as well as the method of greeting such as hand shakes, bows, or curtains. Whether a culture is hierarchical also varies, as does the use of formal or informal language. Less

Two kids are about to get into a physical altercation, and another kid is having active suicidal thoughts. Who do you respond to first?
1 Answers↳
Tend to the kids who are about to fight and separate them, then tend to the kid with suicidal thoughts. Both should be handled at the same time, as no one should be alone to tend to all kids involved. Less

How would you handle a parent that approaches you saying that their child was left out of the activities or not included by the other children (even if the child was not social)?
1 Answers↳
I would completely let the guest say everything that they need to say and then apologize for this occurrence. I would say that in the future I will keep an eye out and offer all the activities we offer in the program. Less
