To execute the organisation’s audio productions and lead the junior audio technical crew in fulfilling the following roles. These may include; but not limited to:

• Front of House Mixing
• Broadcast Audio Mixing
• Studio Recording Mixing

Work processes will include working with the audio team to plan, set up, operate, and maintain the technical equipment and inventories.

The individual should possessthe requisite field experience in:

• Audio mixing and productions
• Audio Digital Work stations
• Dante and Audio Networking knowledge
• System and audio tuning/calibration knowledge

Duties

The candidate will be required to be accountable to respective superiors on audio subject matters as the expert and present sensible financial decisions that will maintain ready operations and ensure business continuity.

Requirements

Working Conditions:

• Able to work on-site on weekends.
• Able to manage overnight events such as camps and retreats.
• Willing to put in extended hours for a season leading up to key events. Appropriate off-in-lieu will be provided thereafter.
