Job Responsibilities
1、Lead strategic partnership development across overseas markets, focusing on logistics platforms (TMS systems), local services platforms, freight marketplaces, and mobility platforms.
2、Identify and onboard high-quality B2B platform partners to drive traffic and order flow into our platform.
3、Develop and execute partnership models such as capacity integration, fulfillment collaboration, and API/system integration.
4、Own the full partnership lifecycle, including opportunity identification, proposal design, commercial negotiation, contract execution, and implementation.
5、Work closely with Product and Operations teams to ensure successful integration (API, pricing models, settlement mechanisms, etc.).
6、Monitor partnership performance and continuously optimize collaboration models to drive scalable growth.
7、Stay informed on regional logistics ecosystem trends and proactively identify new strategic opportunities.
Qualifications
1、Bachelor’s degree or above.
2、Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or platform collaborations. Experience in internet platforms, logistics, or mobility platforms is preferred.
3、Strong understanding of platform-based business models, including traffic partnerships, API integrations, and capacity aggregation.
4、Proven track record in independent business development and commercial negotiations.
5、Strong cross-cultural communication skills and ability to work across multiple markets.
6、English proficiency required. Proficiency in Chinese, Turkish, Arabic, or Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus.
7、Based in Singapore and open to regional travel.
