We are seeking candidates located in Singapore to join our APAC regional Rewards team.

As a Customer Care personnel, you are responsible for liaising with our strategic partners to deliver services for our global clients and work with a team of subject matter experts to create the best experience.

Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries or feedback via, email or social media.
• Manage placement of manual orders, refunds, or exchanges.
• Liaise with suppliers to coordinate order deliveries.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies of the company.
• Provide administrative and logistic support for business activities.
• Other duties assigned by the company as business requirement.

Qualifications, Desired Skills & Experience

• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Minimally A levels and above certification.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Positive working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player and independently.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore is required for this role

Pay: $2,650.00 - $2,900.00 per month
