Our Opportunity:
The Sr. Manager, Franchise Strategy & Corporate Development, Tim Hortons & Firehouse Subs, APAC is responsible for driving the financial performance and turnaround of existing master franchise partners across Asia-Pacific, while also supporting the sourcing, structuring, and execution of new franchise development and refranchising opportunities to accelerate growth in the region.
The role will manage one direct report based in Singapore and will have significant exposure to senior RBI leadership.
The role is expected to be approximately 60% profitability and turnaround of existing markets and 40% franchise development and investor sourcing. Demonstrated profitability and financial analysis capability is the entry credential; development capability is what will distinguish strong candidates.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.
