[What the role is]
Do you love Singapore for punching above its weight as a Little Red Dot? This includes giving inputs to the digital briefs that are developed by our Digital team, reviewing materials prepared by the creative teams, and managing and reviewing translated texts from our appointed panel of translators and vetters to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Programme design and development: Working with the other FM education colleagues, you will design scenario-based experiences dra wing on FM’ s content and historical artefacts, for both schools and the general public , to encourage perspective taking and historical empathy. These experiences will be delivered in the Memorial’s dedicated workshop spaces and in-gallery. Documentation of the founding generation stories : As part of the Education and Interpretation team, you will contribute to the collecting and processing of stories collected through “Student Archivist Project” , an oral history project organised by the FM in which student interviewers collect personal stories from senior interviewees. You will develop the brief and train students to conduct the interviews, and work as a team to oversee the video documentation o f the interviews.
