Overview of the Role

Our Client is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the delivery of Building Information Modeling (BIM) services, including implementation, consultation, and training initiatives. The role involves defining BIM requirements, establishing workflows, and managing project processes to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the BIM team in integrating cutting-edge tools and technologies into project workflows, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Regularly evaluate BIM models, processes, and methodologies to guarantee on-time completion of project milestones.
• Develop, update, and oversee the BIM Execution Plan, collaborating with clients, consultants, and authorities to finalize project strategies.
• Monitor the progress of BIM programs, providing guidance to keep projects aligned with objectives.
• Research emerging BIM technologies such as VR/AR, cloud solutions, and web-based communication platforms, advocating their adoption for enhanced project delivery.
• Build and nurture a highly skilled technical team capable of supporting innovative BIM initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Academic background in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, or formal BIM training through recognized certifications or diplomas.
• Minimum of four years' experience in BIM-driven construction projects, including design, drafting, coordination, and submission processes.
• Proven track record working on large-scale or complex infrastructure and building projects across diverse regions such as Asia and the Middle East.
• Certification in BIM management from reputable industry bodies is advantageous.
