    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Alliance Data (Dallas, TX (US)) in July 2016.

    Interview

The recruiter called me because the hiring manager was impressed by my resume. We had a casual conversation and set up an interview. I was sent a formal email with an invitation and agenda of the interview which was nice. The interview was in two parts: 30 minutes with the hiring manager and 30 minutes with the leads. The second part was more casual. I received an offer 2 hours after the interview. They move very fast! I loved the people I met and thought everything was perfect. They even offered to allow me an extra week before the start date so I could go on vacation. The only reason I didn't accept was because of timing as I wanted to hear back from others. They move fast, unfortunately too fast in my case. Also in a great area with beautiful facilities.
