I worked at Alliance Data as an intern (Less than a year)
Everyone at Alliance Data was very friendly and helpful. In all departments, people genuinely wanted to see you succeed. The benefits were great for interns. Definitely would recommend this internship to anyone as an undergraduate student.
I had no cons while working at Alliance Data.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Alliance Data (Dallas, TX (US)) in July 2016.
The recruiter called me because the hiring manager was impressed by my resume. We had a casual conversation and set up an interview. I was sent a formal email with an invitation and agenda of the interview which was nice. The interview was in two parts: 30 minutes with the hiring manager and 30 minutes with the leads. The second part was more casual. I received an offer 2 hours after the interview. They move very fast! I loved the people I met and thought everything was perfect. They even offered to allow me an extra week before the start date so I could go on vacation. The only reason I didn't accept was because of timing as I wanted to hear back from others. They move fast, unfortunately too fast in my case. Also in a great area with beautiful facilities.
