I have been working at Alliance Data full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Epsilon provides employees the opportunity to work on various accounts and platforms. The company is an avid supporter of numerous non profit organizations which is commendable.

    Cons

Epsilon is an evolving company so there's not much negative to say, The work environment is a bit noisy with low wall cubicles but that can be cured with a headset.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Alliance Data (Irving, TX (US)) in March 2014.

    Interview

I was contacted by a Hiring Manager who asked if I was looking to move to a new company. She set up a phone interview with one of the Audit Managers and then I did an on-site interview with the rest of the group and had lunch afterwords. Overall a good experience, but it just wasn't what I was looking for.
