Bread Tampa, FL (US) isn't hiring right now. Check out all Bread jobs
I have been working at Bread full-time (Less than a year)
Collections is a stressful job, but with such a great staff and all the perks Bread offers, it's enjoyable to go to work each day! Management is very knowledgable, and the department works together as a team. We have an abundance of snacks and beverages provided by Bread. Then there's lunch every Friday, massages twice a month, snack attack on Tuesday, monthly happy hour, team outings, and a plethora of affinity groups. The PTO policy was recently revamped, and we now receive our birthday as a paid day off!! I can go on and on, but I have to get to work and enjoy my day!
I wish we had wireless headsets.

I applied online. I interviewed at Bread (Tampa, FL (US)) in June 2019.
I applied for this position from an online posting and received an email the next day to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was done the following day. At the end of phone interview it was stated that I would go to the next step of interviewing with two managers via Zoom video conferencing service. So far the interviewing process went well then one of the managers canceled the interview and the other was not the hiring manager. On the video interview it felt like the manager was going through the motions on asking questions. She cut me off at the end when I was asking follow up questions. She smiled the whole time but the tone and body language told me the prospect of being hired was lost.
