Get rid of bad apples who are the old timers.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Credit Suisse (Changi, East) in April 2019.
Coding Assignment Core Java which will take 1 or 2 days. You may use google to get some idea. You will be tested on the design and ur junits. Whatever design approach you choose should be justifiable in next round. (It took 2 weeks after which I got feedback)
Face to face interview on coding assignment which was submitted earlier + 5 to 7 technical questions. ( feedback time 1 week)
Peer programming round where one of senior techie guy(VP) having experience of 20 to 25 years in java development will sit next to you and ask you to write very simple program in core java to check how you code, your speed, your attitude and your understanding about the problem statement before you start writing. 2 hours.(feedback time 2 to 3 days)
Interview with Department Head, Director level,
Duration 20 to 35 minutes. General questions and what information about they are looking for how was the hiring process etc.
