    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in April 2019.

    Interview

It was a 2-step interview process.

#1: I had a 30-minute phone call with the hiring manager. It was very relaxed and informative about the opportunity and culture of the organization.

#2: I had a 30-minute meeting with the hiring manager and HR partner, followed by a 30-minute presentation to the extended team.

Overall, it was a very positive experience and I enjoyed meeting with the team. I highly recommend potential candidates to apply!
