Very good working environment.

Nothing much. Food can be better.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Philips (Best (Netherlands)) in March 2019.
Interview
The project manager, software architect and me were sitting at a table in project manager's office for about one hour. It was very informal like most job interviews in the Netherlands.
For the first 50 minutes, the project manager was asking questions about how I would behave in a team of developers, was not interested in problem solving skills.
During the last 10 minutes I did a quick code review of a C++ class that the architect had printed out.
I joined another company and informed them, have not heard anything since.
