I have been working at Albert Heijn full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Nice benefits, lots of holiday + PVT allowances. Company has a couple of great brands, which are interesting to work for

    Cons

Unfortunately, hierarchic company structure. You only get respect if you are a VP+ and management usually don't practise what they preach. Also lots of gossiping and bullying

    Advice to Management

to stop the gossip, as they usually the ones that initiate it. Another advice is to start practising what they preach
