    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Amgen full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Small start up flexible and with many future opportunities. Many ways to advance and much exposure to all areas of the company.

    Cons

Doesn't have the depth of training or organization to provide many benefits other than salary, small and high visability. Must work well with all the other employees

    Advice to Management

Focus on more team building sessions. Allow for international travel to go to conventions and learn more about the industry and to develop your own networks.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Amgen in November 2016.

    Interview

Technically challenging, but interviewers were approachable and professional.

Phone interview followed by 5 different 1-1s with managers from various departments.

Took almost 2 months to revert with a response. But when it finally came, i took the offer.

Benefits may not be that luvrative as before.
