I have been working at Arizona State University full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

University offered a lot of great benefits to employees and the vision of the President was very motivating.

    Cons

Unfortunately, the business school was very isolated from the rest of the university energy and very political in how decisions were made. It was not a positive work environment.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Arizona State University.

    Interview

Multiple panel interviews, presentations and a written strategic plan. The process was cumbersome and didn't feel that the questions accurately reflected the priorities for the role or gave insights into the office culture.
