Pros

The management are extremely understanding and supportive, willing to work around your limits and needs. The pay is pretty good for the position. The work is rewarding if you really enjoy educating

Cons

No guarantees on being at the same site every shift if you aren't working every day.

Advice to Management

Director is unorganized, and did not see enthusiastic about doing the interview. Also experience ageism during the interview, hinting at how young I appeared and doubting I can handle working with older employees.
