Interview
Its a group interview that consists of about 4-5 to 1 interviewer. 5 Questions and 1 case scenario will be shown on the screen and except for the case scenario which is written individually, the rest of the questions are answered by each candidate in sequence.

Last week, we shared with you our plans to repurpose existing Dow facilities – including one in Stade, Germany – to produce hand sanitizer, which remains in short supply amid #COVID19. With help from suppliers and regulators, we’ve ramped up hand sanitizer production at four additional sites in Michigan, West Virginia, Belgium, and Brazil. All of the hand sanitizer that will be produced at these four sites has been allocated – much of it for donation to health systems and government agencies – and the first deliveries are expected to begin this week.
