I worked at Everest Home Improvements full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Colleagues are nice, also has a canteen. Good location. It's ok as a temporary job until you find something better

    Cons

Management treat all staff underneath them like they're peasants, no bonuses, pay is the minimum they can get away with with no chances of pay rises, very critical of the staff. Colleague was disciplined for discussing pay with friend in same department. Fired 3 agents within the time i worked there. Everyone knows the building lease is running out in a couple of years. Car park is over full so everyone has to block each other in. Staff turnaround is horrific.

    Advice to Management

Respect is free. Wages are not sustainable to live on. Staff are not guinea pigs.
