    I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GTR (Govia Thameslink Railway) (Croydon, England)

    A fairly complex process where the morning started with 12 candidates for several positions. After each stage if somebody didn’t pass the test they were excluded they went home. But also you knew by the end of the day if you passed to the next stage. This was a face to face meeting with your new managers.
