We’re excited to share that Grab plans to go public, in partnership with Altimeter Capital. This is expected to be the largest-ever U.S. equity offering by a Southeast Asian company, and we’d like to thank everyone who’s been part of our journey from a single-country taxi-hailing app into Southeast Asia’s leading superapp. From deliveries to mobility to financial services, we look forward to serving Southeast Asia better!

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Grab (Singapore)

    Interview

Went through a standard 30 min screening call with the recruiter and proceeded into subsequent rounds of interviews with the hiring manager and key stakeholders. After the supposed final round of interviews, they took weeks to get back to me and ultimately said they had a change in job priorities. Completely wasted my time.
    Interview

Screening call with recuruiter was standard with only a few behaviorial questions. Subsequent interview questions with different interviewers (hiring manager, stakeholders, etc) were a mixture of case based, behaviorial, and cultural fit questions. I didn't think any of the questions were difficult on purpose, but appropriate in context of what the job would need.
