It was an online interview conducted with the manager and the HR. During the interview, I was requested to activate my camera to display my face, while I was unable to view their faces during the whole interview process. Notably, there was no inquiry regarding my professional background. Instead, they provided information about their overtime compensation package and inquired about my capacity to perform effectively under high-pressure circumstances. The manager emphasized the importance of being resilient and committed, making it clear that they expected me to endure demanding work hours without prematurely resigning, as had been the case with a previous employee who had initially claimed to tolerate extended overtime but ultimately resigned after few months citing an inability to do so. Until now, I can't forget ' must be tahan lasak,' which was repeated a few times during that interview. After the interview, they wanted to proceed to the next step of hiring process but I choose to withdraw my application.InterviewAre you able to work under pressure?
