    Associate Consultant Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Yishun, North

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Hays (Yishun, North) in November 2017.

    Interview

    1. Phone call interview
    2. Interview with HR
    3. Assessment Centre
    4. Meet with the directors

The whole process was very smooth and informative. Although I felt that it was a tad bit long for such a junior position. The Assessment Centre was really great though you get a thorough overview on what you would be doing as a recruiter on a daily basis. Being able to interact with the managers/ directors over the role play was really fun. No doubt it’s very challenging remember to always be yourself and be really confident.
Interview questions are common. Ensure that you know your resume well and be articulated when asked a question.
