I applied online. I interviewed at LendingClub (United States)

    Interview

Short call with recruiter then phone call with the lead engineer. He asked a basic problem that I solved. Then received a no-reply email saying they decided not to move forward with me. Tried to reach a recruiter to ask what went wrong, but she never replied.
