I have been working at Manpower full-time (Less than a year)

Manpower has many different job available, some for peoplw with little to no experience, and some for people with experience. They give tou the opportunity at a job bo matter what it is but it is up to the individual to shine at whatever company they are working for . Not every job out there that manpower offers to people will always workout , you have to prove you are worthy to the company if you want hired on if they offer to be hired on that is . Sometimes jobs are temporary and others you have a chance to be hired on and hopefully move up just as i did . Worked with manpower for 90 days then i was given the opportunity to be hires on at the company i was working for theough manpower which was Lanter working as a dock worker ahipping automotive freight , sounds hard or like a temporary job but as long as you show up for work when you are supposed to and do your job and not be a slacker then theres a chance to be hired on have paid days off aka (vacation) , somerimes more money , and other things . Basically just do your job , if you sont like where you go then go back to manpower and look for something else . They have plenty of different job opportunities available.,

I really dont have anythingnbad to say about manpower only because i was paid like i should have been with zero issues , and they check in with you to make sure everything is working out for you . I have zero cons .

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Manpower (Singapore) in August 2014.

Quick and they make decision very on the spot. Hiring manager and HR manager was good but the offer was very very low. Interview took too long as well. Country manager wasnt very friendly during interview.
