    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Media Temple.

    Interview

I went through a recruiter. It started with a phone screen. I then interviewed with my manager and other executives including the CEO by Zoom. I was then flown into Los Angeles for a series of face-to-face interviews ranging from the CEO to my coworkers. Everyone was professional, the questions were a mix that probed my working style, personality, how I would react in situations (behavioural style), competence for the job, and an analysis of the company website. I was given an offer within a week. I was happy with the interview experience.
