    Pros

    Good earning potential and hours

    Cons

If you’d like a holiday party, this is not the place for you, and that’s just the beginning. They don’t pay on time and they bounce paychecks. They also don’t pay the 401(k) plan with employees’ money taken from paychecks. Yes, that’s right, they steal money from employees’ checks for 401(k), but don’t actually fund the 401(k). Don’t use their insurance because they’ll cancel that on you. If you have any integrity, you won’t be able to sell this product with a clear conscious. They’re selling leads to attorneys, but they don’t have leads. They don’t advertise on t.v. and have been blacklisted from Google for unpaid bills. They owe many refunds to attorneys, and bounce those checks, too. American Express won’t even work with them anymore because they had too many charge backs. There are current investigations underway with government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Labor, to determine the extent of their fraudulent activities.

    Advice to Management

Do the right thing. Pay your employees and vendors the money you owe them on time. Also, pay back
Your employees’ 401(k) money you stole.

    Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at RW Lynch.

    Interview

They tell you about the job, company, your role. Basically, your job is to cold call on the telephone with small/medium size attorneys and law firms and get them to sign up for the RW Lynch referral program. If you are ok with your job being a telephone cold caller all day, with commission, this might be for you as the firm seems to be growing. But make no mistake, your job is to use the telephone and cold call attorneys all day long. After learning more about the position, I decided to not purse the interview process beyond the initial one.
