    I applied online. I interviewed at Relais & Châteaux (Lake Louise, AB (Canada)).


    I applied for a Manager's position with the Post Hotel Relais & Châteaux and received a call within the week requesting an interview. The interview was held in the resort with the with two Manager's in attendance. The interview was informal with the usual questions about my qualifications. I was given a brief tour of the department and was asked for references; my references were contacted within the week. After this interview, I did not receive any communication regarding my status. I sent a follow-up email regarding my status and still no response. This non-response was odd and unprofessional. I have good references, qualifications and work history. If it wasn't a fit that's fair but I feel that this needed to be communicated, hence this review. The Post Hotel is a privately owned resort within the Relais & Châteaux, and situated in a resort community and park. As there are other resorts in the area and I will not be applying for future positions or have any interest with this organization in the future because of this experience.
