"Pretty decent gig"

Former Employee - Welder in Hicksville, OH

I worked at Sabre Industries full-time for less than a year

Great job experience, learned a ton, met a lot of great people, learned how to work hard. Also you can work all the overtime you wish to. Tough schedule, but it is what you make of it.

Huge lack of communication. After working there, you will quickly see that management/supervisors have a hard time communicating anything to you until very last minute. Also, it takes a long time

Advice to Management

Communicate with employees better.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sabre Industries (Bridgeport, TX) in Aug 2020

Very laid back. Felt like I was with MUTI under Sabre’s wing. Interview was very forward and forthcoming about any past issues. Casual and informative. Explained their strength of job security vs other companies

    Climbing background.
