Start as a Management Associate

We nurture effective leaders for tomorrow’s digital economy. Under the Singtel Management Associate Programme (MAP), you can look forward to high-impact development experiences designed to groom graduates and young professionals. The two-year programme features two rotations across different business areas as well as opportunities to embark on international assignments so you can find the best fit for your skills and interests. Our programme offers two difference tracks: Management and Specialist (Technical) that suits your needs and capabilities.

*This programme is open for fresh graduates or young professionals with less than 2 years of working experience.

Start as a SHINE Intern

We also provide internship opportunities for Polytechnic and Undergraduate students, where you can get first-hand experience of what it is like to work in Singapore's largest information-communication technology company across various business functions and groups.

Start as a Cadet Scholar

    3 tier interview which went over few months before extending the offer. the questions were generic mainly focusing on previous experience. to me they were more interested to know the attitude of candidate rather then finding about the technical knowledge.
