   I didn't make it very far, but I wanted to flag how long and inconsiderate the process has been so far. My recruiter spent more time talking about themselves that by the time they started asking me questions I had to speed run my resume in 5 minutes. They kept raving about how the process would be quick, they need someone urgently and they would communicate every step of the way. They told me on the phone they are going to push me to the next round and I would hear by 5 PM that day on the next steps Long story short, I waited three weeks to receive an email confirming I should speak hiring manager. No apology for the three weeks delay. Then another 2 weeks to be told that I should definitely speak to the hiring manager and they'll reach out soon. Another week before I finally got an email to schedule.. then another week to push it out even further than what I had scheduled. By the time it took to get to the next step, I had already applied, interviewed, and received two other job offers. So I declined to move forward. This entire time I received no apologies or indication that there was a delay, which is a huge red flag.
