Management both in base and head office, your just a number and rude ,drunk ,threatening passengers and no real action to prevent them.

    Advice to Management

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at easyJet (Luton, East of England, England (UK)) in January 2020.

    Interview

Really friendly interviewers. Questions mainly competency and behavioural based, why easyJet, why job, team work, strengths and weaknesses. Also asked about the company; strengths, opportunities, main costs and competitors.

  • We had a great time in Berlin this week. Our open day generated lots of interest and discussions about our available engineering opportunities and the benefits of working for easyJet. Were you there, but haven’t yet applied? There’s still time! #easyJet #easyJetcareers #engineering #engineeringcareers

  • We want to create an inclusive and energising environment where everyone is inspired to learn and grow. It’s common sense and it’s business sense; how people feel is the biggest predictor of performance. When we feel included and energised, it’s infectious and rubs off on our team and our customers feel the orange spirit. We’re pleased to share that we’ve signed the Time to Change Pledge, created by the UK mental health charities MIND and Rethink Mental Illness. 9 in 10 employees have been affected by mental health challenges, whether it be personal experience or through someone close to them, such as a family member, close friend or colleague. By signing the pledge, we are making a commitment to change this by having the conversation around mental health and making sure that those suffering feel included and know where to go for help and support.
