I have been working at emarsys full-time (More than 3 years)
Emarsys has great people. Hands down. The leadership team is constantly looking for new ways to grow the company, improve the work experience/workplace, and all while growing the company at a steady rate. I can't imagine a better work environment right now!
It is a global company and that scares some people. You might have to jump on a call early in the morning, but that's about as bad as it gets.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at emarsys (Singapore) in June 2014.
1: HR manager: General questions such as how your current job does, how it contribute to this position
2: Account manager: What is your outlook on digital marketing, email marketing, how is your knowledge in big data?
