The salary is adequate for the core client-facing responsibilities but does not fairly reflect the additional "side-of-desk" tasks that are expected. Management often delivers information slowly, and communication tends to be inconsistent or unclear by the time it reaches the team, creating confusion reminiscent of a “Chinese whispers” effect. Conversely, team members are frequently given tight deadlines with little notice, adding to the pressure and making effective planning difficult.
