Pros

Can work from home, Development opportunities are there if you want them, but you have to put a lot of personal time in

Cons

The role requires strong multitasking abilities, as it involves working across two companies simultaneously. Although at time of joining a bonus of up to 10% was advertised, in reality, this target is unattainable under current conditions. The salary is adequate for the core client-facing responsibilities but does not fairly reflect the additional "side-of-desk" tasks that are expected. Management often delivers information slowly, and communication tends to be inconsistent or unclear by the time it reaches the team, creating confusion reminiscent of a “Chinese whispers” effect. Conversely, team members are frequently given tight deadlines with little notice, adding to the pressure and making effective planning difficult.

Competitive salary, Focus on learning and development, Great culture with a focus on diversity and inclusion, Cutting edge technologies

Cons

Security Clearance is required which can take some time and delay start dates. Not really a 2i problem just a problem in general, I just can't think of anything else to complain about.
