I worked at 4 Fingers Crispy Chicken full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good entry salary for all positions.

    Cons

-Highly toxic environment on the front line and HQ. -Infighting amongst the HODS to compete for CEO and Chairman's favour. -Highly fragmented company where different HODs implementing new initiatives that are not well thought nor communicated. I.E Marketing have many LSMs for stores but there's no control, Ops did not come out with mechanisms to effectively implement and track promos, just download to retail and all frontline staff suffers. -overpaid HODs that lack credentials and have zero F&B experiences driving the business to the ground. -Bad working culture at the store level. High MC rates across all stores. -The organization and leaders punish the performers and reward the nonperformers.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at 4 Fingers Crispy Chicken part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Colleagues are helpful. Meals are included.

    Cons

High authority individual within the store was quite racist and disrespectful. The way a non-Muslim dressed was constantly discriminated/made fun of when all the staff ever wanted was neat presentation and there is no SOP restricting such presentation. Even came up with excuses for reducing a very young employee to tears. Everything was about cost.
