      This technology company is for you If you are good in extra curricular activities If you good at talking and showing off If you are not a hard worker If you show interest in doing something new If you do not challenge management If you show interest in learning new 7n is just a recruitment agency, looking/discussing on 7n is waste of time.Client runs the show.

      Thanks for your Feedback. Your inputs are a bit confusing as it suggests, one can thrive to do something new here at the same time cannot challenge the management. Nevertheless, We will focus on the your advice, as well as introspect, why should our Employee perceive 7N as just a Recruitment agency and not an IT Consulting organisation.

      Pros

      --You can join 7N if you want to hardly work. --Nice in office service --lots of parties --lots of sugar coated reviews on the site.

      Cons

      -- Hire and fire policy , they will hire you saying that you are on permanent role but actually you are on contract with client .any hick ups and you are fired. -- Higher management lack vision as they are not managers they are just a facilitators. -- Management is highly unprofessional. -- Not good technologies to work upon. -- Expect no process.

      Not really a great place to be.

      Pros

      Good Work life balance. Comfortable and stress free environment at work place with good culture.

      Cons

      This is definitely not a place for people who want to climb up the career ladder. Though the company is employee friendly in certain aspects, it isn't so in aspects that actually matter like leave policiy, benefits, transport etc. The company is not open to changing their policies for better. Any dealings with management or HR and painfully slow.
