You can't be honest, you can't voice concerns. Management doesn't care about their employees. Warehouse workers have been cut to 36 hours, and they are laying off good, dedicated employees. But the people that smoke marijuana and sleep with their married bosses have secured their positions at the bottom. This place is a joke and nothing more than a paycheck. Keep your head pointed at the ground and don't let them see that you can think for yourself. There are a few good people left here, unfortunately, none of them hold any titles that mean anything. You work hard and that goes unnoticed and unrewarded. The less you contribute, the better. The more you nod, agree, and pucker up, the better your chance at staying employed here.

There are too many people talking about other people and not getting enough work done. Management seems to disregard this. People have worked their way up but new hires are getting the same pay as people that have years with the company. They should start at the bottom too.
