      Pros

      If you like hands on work and an ever changing environment.

      Cons

      Underpaid, overworked, treated like your completely disposable, no respect, no trust with it's employees regardless of time served and quality of work. It feels like management is taking advantage of you in every situation it can.

      Pros

      Supplied vehicle, which is a good thing otherwise the 16+ hours a day of travel would destroy your car. I had put 16,000km in less than 3 months.

      Cons

      At the time, ABM had acquired a low ball and terrible company called Neils Corporate Service and was very difficult to deal between ABM, NCS and their dispatch plus dealing with the client. Even if you log all your times spent actively working for them, it was a constant struggle to be paid what you are owed. You will be basically a "scapegoat on wheel" Lousy inaccurate inventory or spare parts that are scattered across town in warehouse which greatly work against your SLA.

      Pros

      If you are 20-25 with no commitments, this is the job for you. You will get experience in a lot of different areas. With overtime, you can make a decent living. Senior techs were very helpful to me. For the most part, people are friendly.

      Cons

      If you want any kind of a personal life, this is not the job for you. Expect long hours. It was my main reason for leaving. Phone calls at 4:00 PM on Friday asking to work weekends were not uncommon.
