The work environment is genuinely built on cross-functional collaboration. As someone in controlling, I frequently interact with departments across the business, and I've found that people are professional and willing to engage to get things done. You're working with competent people who know their fields, which pushes you to stay on top of your game. There's a good culture of knowledge-sharing; senior colleagues are generally approachable, and you won't be left on your own if you encounter a problem. Management gives a decent amount of autonomy in how you approach your tasks, which I value. Overall, it's a mature organization where you can do meaningful work building AI for construction companies.
